Shannon Henry

Shannon Henry, is a client coordinator, and our office manager. She joined Kerr Law Firm in November of 2023. Her impact in the office, and on the client experience has been positive. She has been instrumental in all aspects of estate planning, from beginning to end.

Shannon has a background in management, real estate, and customer service. She strives to make every interaction warm and informative. She is currently earning her paralegal certificate at CMU.

Shannon believes that people are the heart of this community, and this business, they should never feel like a number. “I aim to personalize the experience.”
